In MEN FUCK GOD Franz Wassermann cuts off the head of a dead fish and penetrates its trunk till ejaculation. The fish can be read as a symbol of god as well as a symbol of the phallus. In addition, film scientist Andrea B. Braidt contextualizes Wassermann´s performance as a piece of abject art: "In MEN FUCK GOD Wasserman´s preoccupation with the abject culminates in a special way: during a perverted act of procreation, an ejaculation inside a corpse, death (the dead fish) meets life (sperm)."
